I have started a diet and exercise plan today

I can't tell anyone in RL as I have said it too often before and no one will care.

but

last night I had no carbs with my dinner and had a pint of water instead of a glass of wine.

this morning I had no sugar in my coffee (yuk) and had 2 sticks of celery for breakfast.

I did 1 hour exercise on the wii at lunchtime before having a bowl of soup

have just had evening meal of onion, yellow pepper, courgette, prawns and a little spaghetti with another pint of water.

just hoping to keep it up- think it will be easier if it is a little secret I have.

today not feeling so good about it all.

wasn't inspired at breakfast so had 2 boiled eggs and a cup of coffee

lunch was a small bread roll with salad leaves, tomato, cucumber, ham and an orange for pudding.

dinner is going to be a BBQ so meat and salad.

greyskull, it doesn't sound like you are eating enough so no wonder you are getting fed up. Classic diet mistake. You need to eat more. The hungrier you are and the duller the menu, the more likely you are to jack it all in

thanks sandy, I the only real thing that I have changed is cutting out the crap inbetween meals and the major carbs with meals.

Dinner tonight was lovely
added halomi cheese with sweet chilli dip and carot sticks and humous to the BBQ meat and salad, so not very low cal but totally perked me up.

will get back on track tomorrow.
