I started weight watchers a couple of months ago now, and started off great! lost 13 pound in 4 weeks. Then i had 2 holidays in quick succession and i just can't seem to get the mind set back!
I've stopped tracking, and keep 'giving myself the day off' which inevitable lasts about three days I'm so disappointed in myself for letting it wane, but i'm really struggling and can't explain why!
I really want to find some of that determination i had during the first few weeks.
So i'm asking my fellow flabbies for help and inspiration. Any tips to get back on track?
