How many WW points for breastfeeding?

I really need to lose 2 stone (following pregnancy with ds) but as ds is only 3 months old I don't have the time to make it to a WW meeting. As I am still BF how many extra points would I be allocated please? Is it weight dependent?

Personally I don't think you should be dieting at all whilst you are bf. Amongst other things you could find your milk supply decreases. And you never know, you could be one of the lucky ones (like me) who looses HEAPS of weight just breastfeeding!!! I've lost 10kg in 5 months so far!

It's 10 extra points when breastfeeding. I've done it 3 times now and it's been fine, no issues whatsoever with supply.

Doing WW and EBF, extra ten points a day, have lost a stone in 7 weeks. Lots and lots of milk being produced too!

runs off to join WW

10 points is loads. I reckon 30 points is what I would eat normally (without BF) - it's just that I am over-eating horribly at the moment (think binge consumption of chocolate and cake ).

Thanks everyone - I will go and sign-up now .

PS - bananaliliana - if my norks were capable of getting me out of this mess then I'd take that approach - trust me I am both v.lazy and an utter glutton
