I wish I hadn't wasted my past 3 months

I started WW in Jan and lost one stone, but since then I have eaten like a pig (but luckily havent gained any weight!)

I am 5'7" and I weight 12 st 6

My target weight was ten stone 6 but I wouldn't mind stopping at 11 stone.

I have a wedding in one month. How much can I realistically lose in this time?? I can no longer afford WW or WW online, so do any of you know any similar websites? I really like the points tracking.
I also can't afford my gym membership but I have a Wii fit and can go on walks/runs.

What can I do to shift this weight? Please help me, I am so sick of feeling fat!

Well done for losing weight in January. Why don't you just carry on doing the same thing if you've kept the menus etc. Or have you lost motivation?

If WW worked for you and you've got all the info, I'd do it again. Perhaps start with their boost week or whatever it's called which iirc limits you to 18 points a day for 7 days.

Weigh yourself on the wii as often as you like but only use the weekly one to mark your progress (eg every Monday). If you can get a friend or family member to do it with you, all the better. Perhaps someone else who is going to the wedding?

I've found that I can shift a few pounds quickly by cutting out carbs such as bread, potatoes, rice and pasta. But it is hard, for me anyway.

Well if it's motivation, just ask yourself every time you put something in your mouth whether it ought to be going in there! Or put something else in there instead - black coffee / chewing gum.

You can lose weight . The fastest I ever lost it (and I'm NO stick insect) was by having my wisdom teeth out. I was soooo swollen I couldn't open my mouth for a week!! Lost half a stone, but it isn't a method I recommend.

Just do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think you have to decide what you want more - to eat or to lose weight.

If losing is your priority, go back to what you were doing.

IMO, it is easier to lose weight in summer with all the yummy fruit/salad food - much more appealing and diet-friendly than winter stodge.

Do you exercise? That could help too - obviously.

As far as how much you could lose - I'd estimate 8lbs, but you'll have to work at it.

Remember to drink lots of water.

Thanks everyone. It is easier in the summer because I don't want to gorge myself on chips! I'm sick of being overweight now so it's best to just stick at it.

I lost a stone from Jan onwards then stopped at 12.6! how weird is tha?!

lots of walks.....and yes,i second cutting back on the carbs. you can lose 9lbs easily by doing this. thats bread/pasta/rice/cereal..substitute it with protein
