I need to loose my belly, and maybe a few pounds...

I need some tips, all i really want to do is loose my belly and hips and tone up. The most I need to loose is 7pounds.

I think I could do it if I cut out the snacks like choc and cakes but its so hard.

And maybe cut out the carbs (but not stop them completely...

Anyone else want to do similar?

You need the 30 Day shred DVD. Very good and only 20 mins long! Look up 30 day shred thread on MN.

Yes i have done 30 days. Lost 5lbs and 1/2 inch off legs, waist and bingo wings!

Sounds good i think i will get it, the only thing is i'm not sure if i will stick to it and do it every day as I'm not good at exercising at home and really enjoy the classes i do at the gym.

But I'm thinking i can still do my pilates and swiss ball classes and just leave out the intense workouts.
