Day 3 of drinking Green Coffee appetite suppresent...

I got these from ebay, 18 in a box for approx £7 which lasts about 2 and half weeks drinking one a day. My mums friend raved about these after loosing 8lbs in a shortish time, so got some myself and they DO work :-)

does it taste like coffee?

Aren't you afraid if you stop taking them the weight will go back on again?

I tried appetite suppressants before, but found healthy eating is the only way to get it off & stay off

Yeh it tastes like coffee, only fill the cup with water half way so its not too weak.

Yeh i suppose that could happen but im just hoping that by doing this my stomach will adapt to eating smaller portions which is my down fall at the moment.

do they sell them in holland and barrett maybe

No i looked in there the other day they only do green coffee capsules.

it is your head that you need to convince not to eat as much food or the wrong types of food - not your tummy
