Yeah so it's a rubbish title but has anyone had success with this one and care to share their experience? I've been doing it since Wednesday (after years of WW, SW et al) and so far I love it.

The CD is totally chilling me out before bed and I find that, being able to eat what I want, but in moderation, works well as I don't want to weigh, measure, count etc.

I've been running too (trying to get fit enought to do a five mile run in October)and so am feeling pretty damn good!

Anyone got anything to share?

is it hypnotherapy?

ive had hypnotherapy recently with real person not just a cd and i loved it.

is the paul mckenna one expensive?

I actually borrowed it off a friend but I think it's about a tenner from amazon.

It's a book which talks about NLP and a bit of hypnotherapy and then the cd is relaxation but so say telling your sub conscious brain messages.

Did the hypnotherapy work? Can I ask if it was to help lose weight?

it has worked and no it wasnt to lose weight. its not a magic wand, but its definitely done what i wanted it to do for me.

its quite costly but worth it. the lady i went to does a weight loss set programme of 4 sessions, could be worth a try if your really determined to do it. im sure there are other good hypno therapists about!
