I'm losing 2lb a week (on 1042 calories a day). I went away for work at the weekend and ate 1900 a day for saturday and sunday - literally the lowest calories thing on the menu, no option to skip meals as the meals were part of the group work.

Yesterday I was sooooooooooooooooooooo hungry all day - managed to stick to 1100 but went to bed hungry. I've wakened up hungry today too

I wasn't hungry for the first 3 weeks but now I've eaten a bit more food I'm really hungry.

I'm going to have to have eggs for breakfast and see if the extra protein satisfies me a bit.

Either lose less a week or do exercise every day to earn extra cals. But that is hard as you would have to do an hour a day really to get say 300 cals.

I would try to lose less quickly. If you keep going the way you are you will fall of the wagon big style and then you will have achieved nothing.

you really have to make a lifestyle choice.

i stick to a low carb high protein diet. i take weekends off and eat what i like. it works for me.

I've eaten some poached eggs and feel a bit better. I also think I may be chronically dehydrated - there was a lot of talking at this conference and not enough time to go to the toilet so I didn't drink my 2 litres of water.

Appreciate what you're saying about doing more exercise and making it a lifestyle choice. I'm off to the allotment for some gardening soon - need the exercise.

And I have to keep my mind off food as my body wants more calories after the weekend of eating just that bit more.

Have a look at this. I came across it on here this morning and it makes a lot of sense to me. I am not planning on buying it and not suggesting you do but you can apply the principles fairly easily I think. I have been eating fairly similarly to this and have lost just over a stone.
