I have a copy of this book which is practicaly unused. Not the booklet you get at class, it's a hardback book with recipes, etc.

It's quite heavy so I would need about £4 to cover the postage. Anyone interested?

fairydust - don't want to put you off, but looks like this book was published in 2000, so you'll need to double check the syn values of everything, as the diet has changed A LOT since then (I first did SW in 2000).
