Anyone have a good low carb muffin recipie?

Title says it all really!

Have looked online but can only find American ones which list cups instead of grams/ozs.

sorry bailey - dont have a recipe for you, but you can get a conversion programme on google.....just type in how much is 1 cup flour in oz etc...only problem is you will have to do it for all ingredients seperately. Alternatively, i bought a set of american cups at ikea.....i use them alot now...much quicker and easier than weighing everything out.

Thanks, I have since found out we have a set of cups in the house - DH is the proper cook here so I didnt have a clue
