Anyone want to join a challenge?

For ease, it is being hosted on www.fridgegraph.com/

This website is free and it allows you to creat a graph of your weight-loss (you can back-date) and set targets etc. It also allows you to join in challenges with other members.

There are two challenges starting shortly:

  1. Lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks
  2. Lose your personal goal in 10 weeks

The challenges start on Tuesday 15th June.

If you are close to goal (and want to lose less than 10 pounds) or are just starting out (so will likely lose a lot more than 10 lbs in 10 weeks) then, if you are interested, just join challenge #2.

The challenge(s) update automatically from your graph, so there is no need to do anything special other than keep your graph up-to-date. You can see the challenges at any point by clicking on the 'my challenges' tab on your graph page.

If you don't weigh-in on a Tuesday, it is important to add your WI result previous to this so that the website can interpolate your starting weight for the Tuesday, using this and your next WI result.

If you would like to join, then please:

  1. Join fridgegraph
  2. Sent a friend request to 'zeke' along with your email address (must be the same as the one you used to join fridgegraph), whether you would like to join one or both of the challenges and, if challenge #2, how much your target is for 10 weeks.

If you would like your mass to remain private, then please select 'blur graph' in your options and then then units on the Y axis disappear to other members of the challenge.

Hope to see some of you there!

[Background - I have lost 29.5 lbs and need to keep going and I have found these challenges really useful. The 10 week challenge I set up a couple of months back will be ending shortly, so time to set up a new one!]
