Hiya em83 - i will join you, abit late i know!
I started on monday this week...
I have always been a slim size 10, i had my DD at twenty and lost all my baby weight.
However, i am now twenty two and find i can no longer eat what i want without gaining weight.
My downfall has been meeting my wonderful new DP - nights in munching away, cooking for him and eating the same size portion, too many little treats and take aways and booze has seen me balloon to 12.58 and a size 14-16 at 5.7 foot!
I also have got a load of strech marks off gaining weight so quickly!
I feel awful, bloated, sluggish and unattractive!
Enough is enough and i am determined to get down to a size 8-10 again!
I have been having special k for breakfast, various salads for dinner and low fat soups for tea....
Also using the food focus website which is brill - i enter what ive ate after ive ate it and find it is distracted me long enough to forget about chocolate after meal!
All going well, i am weighing 12.1 today
