Does it actually work?
Do you have to do level 1 for the whole 30 days or can I do a mixture of level 1 and 2, depending on how I feel on the day?
My final question... If you see me on here later and I have not completed level 1, please kick me up the arse
I planning on starting today on my break from work. Straight after work and then having lunch after. I also need to a make a curry for the slow cooker and I only have a few hours off, so I have no time to be messing about on MN, unfortunately.
