Takeaway diet

Hi its not really called a takeaway diet but I have been considering doing one of those diets where they deliver the meals to your house. Has anyone tried one of these and what did you think of it. Was it healthy, did it work.

I just find I have so little time and energy, so much to do that this might help take some off the pressure off and then I might actually be able to stick to it. I would love your opinions as I am getting so depressed about my size that I am beginnning to hate leaving my house and it is irrational as I am only a couple of stone overweight.

I have been on a 'takeaway' diet for the last 16 weeks and having great success. It is a Low carb, low GI & GL diet.

It was hard at first as I was a real sugar addict! But once I got over the initial detox period I felt so much better.

It is nice not having to think about food and just open up the packet and pop it in the microwave. It is all delivered to me once a fortnight so very convenient.

Try not to get depressed, I know how you feel. Maybe you could also try some exercise aswell as dieting as this can make you feel better about yourself too.

Hi Emily, I also do one of these takeaway diets. I have been on it since October and lost 64.5 lbs. I found it hard at the beginning but it did get much easier especially as I don't need to worry about what I am making for dinner because it is already made.
