Help and advice needed about dieting

Hi, I just need some advice really.

I really want to stop eating too much and go on a diet to get rid of my tummy. I previously tried the New South diet a while ago, which was really hard but worked.

Since having the baby, I still have a bit on my tummy.

I am still breastfeeding so obviously have to still eat a certain amount. Is it okay to go a low carb diet, or will this affect the breastfeeding and my general health. Baby is on solids now, but still has quite a bit of milk from me especially in the nights.

Advice and help really? Thanks

You can do Slimming WOrld whilst breastfeeding - its a fairyl simple & sensible way to lose weight - I would mix that up with an exercise program involving cardio & weights - my current fave is Jillian Micheals 30 day shred - I have recommended it to so many people I wich I had shares in it lol
