ha ha, i really do need to lose a tyre then! Thats a perfect way to look at it, especially when you lose 1 pound and dont feel so impressed with your self hey, you were about with a whole guinea pig on your bottom last week - makes it seem more like an achievement!

heehee - I remember DH putting however many litre bottles of orange squash in a rucksack and putting it on my back after doing the Cambridge diet and saying "you've been carrying all those around with you". It really made me think............well, until I oput it all back on again!

I love that list, it's brilliant and it really does make you realise what an achievement you have made losing all the weight.

Ha! Ha! excellent - I need to lose somewhere between a 2 year old and the cheese a yank can scoff in a year! Love it!
