Eat nothing but porridge with soya milk, and salads and fruit

I lost 4lbs in 3 weeks before going on holiday. my tummy was a lot less revolting. I felt slimmer. sadly.... i'm back to square one again.

had porridge for brekkie so can cope with that. May make a WW nil points soup and live off that for lunches then salads at night

Have you heard of Anna Richardson's drop a dress size book? It's 1200 calories a day. Would be too strict for me, but worth looking at if you've got the will to do it. She reckons you could lose up to 7lb in two weeks on it.

Also tummy exercises - I have an exercise dvd called blast off belly fat, 5 exercises 10 minutes each. I've had the dvd for a while, but I noticed my local Sainsburys are selling it at £3.99 each.

Hi
I needed to do this for a friends wedding i found the answer in cucumber, (not a long term solution i know) but i found you can eat as much cucumber, tomatoes, green beans and beetroot. I know it sounds quite gross but to be honest it really isnt that bad you can load your plate up with as much of these as you like. Porridge for breakfast is great then a massive dish of tomatoes and cucumber to snack on and for lunch. Then a plate full of all these things for tea, worked great for me lost loads more than i needed to but must admit 2 weeks is all i would recommend it for.

ddgm - sounds good, Im going to do this might have to have some WW nil point soup inbetween though but will make with lots of vegs. For a short term fix Im sure its fine
