I work from home and at busy times, such as the last few days, my only exercise has been walking up one flight of stairs to my home office and down again at the end of the day. Not even seen fresh air, as OH took kids to school and back. Bit shocked to realise that.
I've gone from being quite energetic to really lazy. Just wondered if other mums who don't get out and about much wanted to join in an exercise challenge thread where we say what we'll do for the day and check in to tick it off. Or something similar. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll set one up or we could just carry on from here.
Today I will at least pick kids up from school (only a 20 min walk round trip.) I'm going to start small and build it up from there.
Any unfit mums out there want to join me?
