a month ago and lose 4 pounds,i havend been for a week due to ill health and havent been doing the diet at all, am now frightened to go back this weds to see what the scales say, i always do this,do well,lose confidence and end up back at square one, i have about 4 stones to lose i so want to do it but am so scared of failing like in the past that i am all for packing it in, what can i do to not let it happen this time?
