I'm sure you'll get a balanced view in that case
Isn't Jenny Craig an American weight loss programme? Didn't seem to do much for Queen Latifah or Kirstie Alley. How much do you have to lose?

Ah a quick google tells me they deliver food to your door, and are affiliated with GoLower in this country. Can we look forward to another of their reprasentatives on here then
If in fact you are seriously looking at a sustainable plan, I would say something which delivers food to your door is not the way to go about it. It removes all responsibility from yourself, and what happens when you start to cook for yourself?
I have recently lost 5 stone eating low carb. It took 6 months and the weight is staying off. And I didn't need to pay anyone vast amounts in order to do it.

I used to work for Jenny Craig. Didn't it go bust in the UK?

Personally I would save your money or hire a personal trainer.

Hi, I started the diet today! and yes the deliver the food to me. Its working fine right now... portion sizes are a little small but you can incorporate fruit and veg. It seem easy right now but I guess I have a long way to go. I will lose 1 to 2 pounds a week which is a good weight loss and it will be slow. I have a consultant who is working with me to ensure I stick to the plan and also to work on other stuff... dont know what yet as only had one consultation.

The money is not all that much it is only £2 more expensive than say Lighterlife... my husband thinks its a bargin as it means a no brainer on the shopping.

I think it will help me with looking a portion sizes but also to try and eat healthy... I am hoping I can pick up lots of tips whilst losing weight so that one day I will make life choices when I eat :0)

sorry sentences are all over the place! i think my brain works faster than I can type... hope it makes sense!!

I am looking to lose weight slowly so as long as I am losing and I stick to the plan I will be happy.

I am going to start exercising soon, hoping it will speed up the weight loss.
