The best personal trainer in the world (IMHO)

I don't know if this is allowed but I want to shout it from the rooftops about my on-line personal trainer, Sian. We've never met, but since October she's been advising me every week on food and exercise, and I've lost 2 stone (for the first time in 17 years!) and can truly say that I am now getting fit and exercising 6 days a week, and enjoying it.
As it's all by email, it's been vastly cheaper than a local PT, but somehow she has worked her magic. Or as she says, she is just the sat-nav, I'm the one in the driving seat.
I'm not deliberatly trying to advertise her though I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who has got themselves in a tizzy about hating exercise or feeling like they are no good at keeping fit. But as there's posts that discuss WW and SW I reckon it's ok to talk about what's worked for me. She should be available on the NHS I reckon.

Well done you! How did you hear about her? Does she have a website? I am not sure I would be strong enough to do the exercises just by reading a few emails...how can she be so motivating? Am impressed!

Hi CC

her website is called salad-dodgers, and she has a real sense of humour as far as getting fit etc goes. Her whole thing is bringing people back to exercise who somehow think they can't, or it's too hard etc. That's where I was at, too many failed attempts to count - she's just turned my mindset around as to what's manageable and to learn what works for me. I think she's a star.

She looks good and welldone on the weight loss amigababy! It's a shame she is not on the NHS as I would have tried something like this if it was free, cannot afford to pay! Welldone on what you have achieved with her
