I was watching the London Marathon yesterday and my word, has it motivated me!
I used to jog a few years ago and I've started again recently, as although it is quite a high impact exercise, I always find it has a dramatic effect on my shape and I feel loads healthier.
I'm trying to work up to 5K and to be honest, I've been slacking a little (too many distractions with my garden ) but yesterday has really pushed me to get back on it and get out at least every other morning. I just hope this lovely weather keeps up, as running in the rain is no fun.
Does anyone else jog/run?
