I know it works Ive done it before and lost a lot of weight just in the first two weeks. I need to do it again and have to go shopping tomorrow. I need to take two meals to work (and brave the funny looks). So, if youve done it recently, what did you eat in the first two weeks and, did it work for you?

I take packets of chicken or ham slices (not honey roast) and boiled eggs,or slices of cheese, lettuce, cucumber, or strips of red/green peppers with waitrose cream cheese.

marks' also do cooked slices of crispy cooked bacon in the deli section - really nice as a crunchy snack.

none of which should give rise to funny looks

Its the breakfast situation, when you are sat there with a plate full of different italian sausagemeat!

I do Go Lower so I know it is slightly different but I I have granola for breakfast with Greek yoghurt and some raspberries normally if that helps.

Ive got salads packed. It does work but afterwards I think you really need to keep the carbs down. Im week, lager and lime in the Summer?mmmm....
