Fast weight loss and face

Sorry about the bizarre title. I am going to start a VLCD (very low calorie diet) in the next couple of days. However, I was wondering if anyone has found that the fast weight loss makes their face look older? I am in my 40s but look younger (at the moment)....

Do hope the VLCD diet is being monitored or supervised by a doc. More likely than rapid weight-loss causing you to look older is the possibility of malnutrition if your VLCD is not giving you a balanced diet, adequate energy to function normally and sufficient vitamins and minerals. 'Slim and glowing' - no problem. 'Pale and gaunt' - you'll look tired and therefore older.

What VLCD are you going to do Silver? Is it something you'll do for a couple of weeks then do something different?

I am in my forties, lost a stone, but over 3 months and have another 1 1/2 stone to lose, I don't think I have the willpower to stick to a very strict diet - somebody commented that my face is slimmer, assuming it make me look younger!
