dh and i want to do this in august, and we're prepared to do whatever it takes!
we want to start running again at the end of the month and keep up with good eating habits, but we really really need to shift some weight fast...we're prepared to actually stick to a specific meal by meal plan, in fact that's probably the only way we'll do it....combining it with a detoxy element (obviously we'll not be drinking) would be good too.
any ideas gratefully received.
