come and tell me which bike carrier to get

Hi all, hoping you can recommend which baby carrier for my bike is best, I've only just started looking into these so I'm a bit lost but I think I would prefer one where the baby sits at the front. A few questions, how did you get on with this design if you have one, does the baby come up high and get in your way (I'm only 5'4")
Also, do you think dd would be ok to go in, she is 10 months and very strong, walking around already!! I think she weighs about 20lbs, not really sure though!

My short friend (5'2"?) had a child on a front seat, up to age 3 I think, so it worked for them (she towed her 6yo on the back, too!).
