I have reached my weight target, through eating less crap and wii fit and so I am really happy and feel tons better overall, but I'm still dropping off weight and I don't want to anymore! I have lost 2 pounds this week despite having had a few easter treats. Now I know that the obvious answer is to eat abit more, but I have worked so hard to change my habits that I don't want to get complacent and slip back into old ones either. Is there a sensible way to do this?
