Is this like love and marriage and a horse and a carriage?
I'm two weeks into ww again and it is a good system, suits me but I don't remember this heinous flatulence. Is it associated with weight loss or is it cutting out some treats? Or is it the god knows what saccharine they put in diet treats???

I mean seriously! Please reply kindly, I can't help it! I'm just trying to lose weight!

I don't think it's a WW exclusive thing if you are eating more fruit, veg, salds then it'll be giving your insides a good old clear out (3 poos in one day anyone else??! ) and the fibre is dragging out old faecal matter etc so I suppose it's going to reek, and any wind will reek too.

Try having some mint herbal teas?

You do have my sympathy!

Are you eating lots of the Fruities that you buy at meetings? These are notorious for having a laxative effect!
