Is there a website where I can input ingredients to find calorie, fat, carb etc content?

Failing that, would anyone like to hazard a guess at the calorie, fat, carb or anything else content of these pancakes?

2 heaped dessert spoons wholemeal flour
1 heaped dessert spoon ground flax seeds
half an egg
half a cup of milk

This is fried in a teaspoon of coconut oil and covered in unsweetened peanut butter.

Any ideas?

Try www.caloriecount.com. It's a free site once you've registered. They have a big database of foods with calorie counts and they also have a good 'recipe analyser' function to work out dishes such as the one above
