Ihave stopped dieting and lost 5lbs in a week and a half.

And it is because I am not constantly obsessed with food - I still run and swim a lot and have a pudding quite often but I am not obsessed by bloody food all of the time.

I finally feel free at last from worrying about calories and red and bloody green and if I can have that or not.

It is bloody liberating.

Good for you, I firmly believe that prescriptive diets are bad for us, have spent years struggling with red and green days!

I am currently attempting to get my head sorted out and become less food obsessed by doing Paul McKenna - its up and down so far.

I've lost a stone since beginning of January, it's come off slowly, I was counting calories on foodfocus, but I am now just eating at mealtimes and exercising. Hoping to have lost 1lb this week. You must burn off masses of calories with running and swimming.
