Tesco diets - any good, worth the money?

Only want to lose half a stone, and know what I ought to do - generally eat healthily but tend to snack a bit. Just wondered whether anyone's tried the Tesco ones and whether it's worth following an eating plan just to shift that half stone?

I did the eDiet one, it was ok but was annoying in that it said you needed to make better choices after inputing your days intake without giving suggestions.

I did the tesco one and was really happy with it. What I like was the automatic meal plans, the automatic shopping list and the fact that you can choose what style of diet that you wanted ie GI, low fat etc. it calculated approximately how long until you got to your goal weight so you could see week by week how much you should lose. Also if you lost more or less it adjusted your goal weight date. It depends on what type of dieter you are. I am lazy and a bit funny with some foods so i liked the fexibility with the menu and the shopping list function.

I did Tesco Diets - I'm one one their 'success stories' . I lost 4 stone 3 years ago and have kept it mostly off (usually put on a bit at Christmas )I did GI because it didn't and still doesn't feel like a diet.

I work for tescodiets and they are really good for people who don't want a "one diet fits all" as all their plans can be personalised - and great for mums as no need to go to a weekly weigh in! Also really good for those who need/want quite a bit of support as the service can be accessed 24/7.

I did Tesco Diets and like bluecheesedip was one of their success stories. I enjoyed the personalised planning facilities and the fact that I didn't have to go to some group weigh-in pretext for being sold lots of dodgy products.
