what are you scared of?

LittleGandT · 15/03/2010 01:22

Only just beginning to admit to myself that this is a pretty deep problem. A few weeks ago i confided in someone for the first time about aspects of an eating disorder i have had for 20 years. Until i did that i could almost pretend to myself that it wasn't happening. Now i've said it outloud, i have to face up to it. And that is scary. Does that make sense?

Yes, it completely makes sense turning points are daunting.

Do you know much about OA? What to expect?

LittleGandT · 15/03/2010 01:47

Not much no. I've read what's written on the website, but it's hard to imagine what it will really be like and how newcomers fit in.
May i ask if you have experience of OA yourself?

Thanks for your answers B. I think i'd better go to bed now. (You too?) Maybe i'll try to bump this tomorrow at a more sensible hour.
Thanks again.
