anyone heard of Fat Burning Furnace.?

just seen an advert and looked on ebay but I am really not sure what it is

If it's on E-Bay and it has a name with 'Fat Burning' in the title it's a pretty much dead cert that it's a con. Or dangerous... take your pick

You can waste a lot of time and money looking for short-cuts to weight-control. There are none.

BTW... it's an exercise book. That's all.

Yeah I saw it on ebay..I dont want to buy it but I just wondered if anyone actually knew what was in the book.
