Hi, I've been on a diet for a few months and have been loosing on average 2lbs a week. I forgot to weigh myself last week, so this week I expected to see about 4lb off. Insted, I'd only lost 1lb.
I haven't cheated at all and have been really good.
Does time of the day, time of the month make a difference? I am due on any day, so does that effect weight loss?
I've felt hungrier and more snappy/unhappy today than I have in months, I think I feel disheartened and think deep down "is it worth it?"
Is there anything I can do to kick start my weight loss again?

I often find weight loss stalling for a week around my period, then dropping off after.

However, are you getting close to your goal? As you lose weight, you need to recalculate the number of calories you can take in each day. Can you step up the exercise a bit and see if that sorts you out?

Good luck!

you do get these plateaus in weight loss, so the most important thing is to keep going and not be put off.

Thanks everyone, I will keep going.
I'll also do a bit more excercise too.
