When doing this diet, is loads of exercise going to make a difference?

I am walking approx 3-5 miles a day , doing aerobics once a week and I run a bit . I want to lose a stone. I can up the exercise but will it be worth the effort.?

I think exercise is always going to help, no matter what diet you're doing. It tones your muscles for a start which in turn makes you slimmer. Plus, if you're on a high fat, low carb diet the exercise will help burn the fat and accelerate your weight loss.

I am doing a LC diet with company called GoLower they do not say that exercise is needed to loose weight. However I have started running and waiting for a Davina DVd to arrive to do daily. I am just a bit worried as losing weight so fast I don't want to end up with saggy skin!

I am doing Go Lower too. I don't do much exercise at all and have lost loads but I know I should be doing some sort of exereicse really to be healthier. Maybe one day I will find the time!
