OMG!! I lost 4 pounds this week!!!

your dh sounds very impressive on the weight loss. it's taken me 4 months to lose that much....

i've sent in my results for this week, no loss but never mind, 28lb down and only 4lb to target am feeling confident of getting there....one day.
