But seriously if you find a way let me know!

ixel · 14/07/2005 16:07

Not with kids around, no!
Only thing that ever worked for me was running 30km a week. Fat chance of ever having that much time now! My 'break' from ds is having a bath with him, where he fiddles with his toys and I leave him to it!

eat less, no carbs in evening, low fat stuff. Don't drink alcohol and go to gym 4 x a week for 1.5 hours. You will lose 2st in 6 weeks

Yes - join Slimming World (as long as you don't eat out a lot).

Yeah. Don't put it on in the first place. I've lost weight and quit smoking. Quitting smoking was way, way worse.

But where are your kids when you're in the gym/ at weightwatchers etc? I think I'm the only one in the world with no back up!!

CountessDracula · 14/07/2005 16:33

oh not saying is possible to do just that's how one does it!

I go to the gym at lunchtime as there is one under my office. Well I say "go", I am there in spirit more often than in body, can usually be found stuffing face guiltily in Leadenhall market and bemoaning the fact that I am size 16
