holiday coming up ...
I lost 23lbs last year with WW but stopped going for personal reasons, did gain a little over christmas but am now back to where I left off (thanks to particularly nasty tummy bug!).
I still have a fair amount to lose and realise that the most I can hope for in 4 weeks with WW is 10 lbs tops.
So my question is ... what's going to be the most effective exercise I can do to help "tone up" - can't get to a gym but have 2x2hrs free time during the week and some time at weekends.
Any advice (including dietry) greatly received
