Going to gym 3 times a week which I enjoy and burn between 700 - 1000 calories a time.....

but then today I have eaten 1 large chocolate bar and 1 packet of shortbread fingers! Obviously if I didn't go to the gym i would be even bigger but I'm still size 18. Does anyone else do this? Do you know why? (apart from greed?)

Might try that bodypump too, I got a bit put off when someone at work did it and she couldn't walk properly 3 days later!!

Remy - yes it will effect your muscles for the first few times, you will feel stiff for a few days. BUT the more regular you go the less you will have this feeling..

Though go light with the weights the first time and after 6 weeks move the weights up

Go for a very short swim afterwards if you can - to strech even more and then hopefully you will not be put of

the frst time I did pump I went on a plane the next day and sat still for three hours!! But it was stiff not pain or hurt.

Oh and I was getting squats all wrong until someone showed me, you keep your knees where they are and put your bum out! I was bending my knee which where going forwards and squatting downwards...
