oo, i just came on to start a thread on this. I've just finished the book today and am gonna start the CD tonight. I feel very inspired!

Would also love to know of anyone's experiences (especially positive ones!)

Well I am doing well so far. Lisened to the CD twice and felt v relaxed both times. Read the book over the weekend and made alot of sense/easy to follow.

Think my main problem is not going to be able to weigh myself for 2 weeks (what he says in book) Loving the eatting what you want - sausages tonight which I've not had in ages as on most diets bad for you (although this is not a diet!)

Hopefully we can help each other along Missdduke!

I did it for about two weeks, didn't read the full book, heard the CD very seldomly and still managed to loose weight.

Then I got distracted with other things and forgot about it. But while I was at it, it did work.

BUT do not use the CD if you are experiencing any sort of depression, it can make the matters worse.

right, have started...however, I seem to be eating a little bit all the time! I eat when I'm hungry, stop when i'm full but then i'm hungry again an hour later...suppose it's just getting used to knowing what's full!
