I have just bought the davina,I think it is a good workout and it is a handy half an hour so easy to fit in,but I did find it hard to follow as I have never done aerobics,so all the moves are new to me and it races along without really showing you what to do.My tv isn't large which doesn't help. You also need weights for the upper body bit (haven't looked at the lower body bit yet) and I have never used them so am clueless about what to buy as it doesn't explain at all.If you are used to this sort of exercise then maybe it would make more sense to you.I have also bought the tracey anderson, that explains the moves in far more detail, but I only got a chance to look at it for a short time yesterday and haven't tried to actually do it yet.

Davin's first one - Power of 3 - is good for the inexperienced. It was the one I bought when I first started exercising at home and it's still my favourite now.

Nell Mcandrew DVDs are good. Challenging cardio with very easy to follow steps usually followed by a resistance exercise section too. If you do a search on ebay you can probably pick one up for a few quid.

Nell McAndrew ones are good, but not for the beginner - very challenging.

I like the 5 step fat attack - but you have to like Steps music as its all based around that. Lots of fun though and a really good workout.
