Can anyone recommend the Rosemary Coneley diet?

Hi,
Thinking of going to the local Rosemary Coneley class next week and wondered if anyone had been on it and lost weight?
I need to lose around 2 stone.
Thanks

It's a sound programme and the inclusion of exercise together with reduced calories means it's more likely to be successful. However, because she devised this diet after suffering from gallstones, the RC eating plans are rather obsessed with everything being 'ultra low-fat' and many people can struggle with that. Nutritionists largely agree that very low fat diets are not especially healthy so use your judgement there. Also her very low calorie initial 'kick start' option can be counter-productive & leave you very hungry. You're better of skipping that phase and just going with a reasonable calorie intake from the start.... just as quick in terms of weight-loss and a lot more pleasant.
