Out of desperation to loose some weight (have put on 1.5 stone in 2 months and more before that) I am going to start slim fast. Had a milkshake this morning for brekkie and not feeling very satisfied already and already feel like I want to eat some proper lunch. Will I just get used to it?
I have also been using slimming patches (which decrease appitite) for a week or so.
Anybody else doing this diet and want to support each other?
