Would love to hear good or bad experiences.

TIA.

All acai berry does is provide you with a lot of vitamin C. It can't help weight-loss all by itself - no food can do that. The best way to control your weight is to make better food choices e.g. more vegetables and fresh fruit, fewer sugary/fatty foods, control the portion-sizes or the calorie content and to get some daily exercise. There are no short-cuts but plenty of people out there willing to take your money and let you find that out for yourself.

Save your money and buy a pair of trainers instead. Much more effective.

Thanks for that. My friend is swearing by them but i am the worlds most sceptical person about anything.

Like most of these things, if your friend has paid out good money she'll be keen for it to work. So it probably means she's paying more attention to her diet, maybe more conscientious about the exercise. And if it says 'improves metabolism' on the packet, she'll be convinced she feels warmer. It's a good game!
