It's ages since I've done WW and I can't find my stuff.
can anyone tell me the points values for the following:
Medium size bowl of sugar free alpen / muesli with skimmed milk
1 slice bread / toast with half fat spread
2 tbs low fat cottage cheese
1 deli type slice ham
Also, IIRC, an evening meal of eg veggies stir fried with rice & cashew nuts, or chicken, would be about 6 points, is that about right?
