...just because they were zero points??

Can anyone beat butternut squash and branston pickle?? I wouldn't recommend it..

Come on then, I'm throwing down a challenge!!
What crap have you been forced to eat because you scoffed all your points for lunch??

lol

Usually I'm fine, lots of cherry tomatoes as snacks and that sort of thing, but just occasionaly I have a munchy day and have to be creative

I just made some Fruit Flapjacks from the Ocado recipe on their website and they're bloody amazing with a cup of tea in the afternoon when all I really want is a biscuit boost!!
3.5 points!
Do you have lots to lose?

That sounds good. I have discovered bagels with low fat cheese spread and marmite for lunch. I also make a lot of zero point soup and have roast veg for dinner.

I am aiming for a stone, then I will think about the other three that I should loose. First stone first! How much have you got to loose? I lost a stone a few years ago and then had another baby so didnt finish loosing weight. This time I will not be getting pregnant so will get down to a nice slim size 12 (which is what I would like to be). However long it takes!

Is branston pickle free? I just bought a jar after reading this thread but it seems that it may have points.

Verin · 16/01/2010 17:48

I have just looked it up on the web site for you. 1 table spoon is one point. However, when I enter 1/2 into my tracker it comes up as zero. HTH

I think a teaspoon is 0 points. Any more than that and it starts to count but I don't usually put too much on sandwiches anyway. Tastes fecking terrible on butternut squash!

I have over a stone to lose. Same story as you Verin really, just had another baby after not really losing the weight from the first pregnancy and now trying to slim back into my normal clothes.

Thought I was doing really well watching the numbers on the scale drop after I had the baby...then they started going back up again!

Hope to be back to my fighting weight in time for a wedding in May.
