I did a good hour of exercise this morning with the help of Hannah and her 2 'fit' friends ..and after half an hour of stopping my bowels feel like they are trying to burst out of my body..Alien style..i have sooo much trapped painful wind and i can't get comfy....is this normal after doing exercise???? Is this a good thing in the long run?? Does it mean i used abdominal muscles i have probably never used before (apart from giving birth of course)....
Is the normal bowel behaviour???
Any advice on how to relive the wind..cause it just isn't budging .
