lipo- bind anyone used it? is it any good?

looking at various diet aids and stumbled across this , does it actually work? , i cant use alli because im under the 28 bmi , and only have 1-2 stones to shift. have no will power anymore and fail miserably at diets.

I'm not sure about this one in particular, but you have to keep in mind that many of these things work by "binding" fat so it cannot be absorbed.

So if one does give into temptation and eats something very fatty, where does it go? Same place as always, but, I understand, FASTER (uncontrollably so, I understand).
