Day 1 of diet - decided to try and go low carb as bread/potatoes/pasta are def my downfall.
Is it worth me getting slow cooker and doing casseroles and stuff - idea being I can set it away in the morning, make something that dh ds (2.5) and will all eat, take a portion out for ds t tea time, and then add potatoes/bread to dh#s later on - thus saving on making 3 meals every day?
Has anyone got any meal ideas/reciepes for either low carb or slow cooker?
