I'm bad in the evening too!!

I've just measured my waist so that's put me off the crisps.

Do you like playing games such as Scrabble or something similar?

Go to your library and pick up a stack of books.
Exercise
Housework
Take up a hobby like knitting
Pamper yourself - face mask, nails etc
phone up friends and have a good natter

Don't deny yourself anything! Your psychology will only make you want it more. Say to yourself you can eat what you want - but you must eat it slowly and consciously and really enjoy it. Then stop when you've had enough.
